Woman becomes first ever to swim entire 900-mile length of California coast and says filthy sewage-filled water at Mexico border was far harder to deal with than threats of sharks
Catherine Breed, 33, began the 900-mile swim from the California-Oregon border on July 1. She finished at Imperial Beach near the border with Mexico on Sunday, for a total of 111 days.
