LONDON, October 15, 2026 -- UK-regulated FinTech wealth management platform now serves 3,400+ investors globally, paying over $15 million in dividends since launch

Vexo, the UK-registered FinTech wealth management platform, has crossed $120 million in total value locked (TVL) on its AI-powered investment infrastructure. The milestone marks one of the most significant moments in the digital asset wealth management category to date. The platform now serves more than 3,400 investors across the UK, EU, and APAC, and has paid out over $15 million in dividends since launch, a track-record disclosure rarely seen in a sector where opacity has historically been the norm.
Headquartered in London and licensed under the UK Financial Conduct Authority framework as a financial-means operator, Vexo offers regulated crypto investment products spanning stablecoin staking, bitcoin and ethereum yield strategies, and a private-client wealth management tier serving family offices and high-net-worth investors. The platform's positioning sits at the intersection of traditional FinTech wealth management and the emerging digital asset capital landscape, a category Vexo and its founder, CEO Mark Lisowski, argue is fundamentally underserved.
"What we set out to build isn't another staking platform. It's a wealth management infrastructure for the next generation of investors," said Lisowski. "For decades, investors looking for yield in traditional markets have had wealth managers, custodians, and regulated platforms. Crypto investors have had spreadsheets and Discord channels. Vexo is the bridge: institutional-grade FinTech infrastructure with the transparency and accessibility that today's digital asset investors expect."
Central to Vexo's offering is a proprietary AI crypto trading engine, developed by CTO Sophia Chen, formerly of PayPal. The AI trading engine runs automated crypto trading strategies across major venues, and uniquely among yield-focused platforms, is now licensed by several tier-one exchanges to provide on-venue liquidity. Vexo's AI trading infrastructure currently powers liquidity at Binance, Bybit, Bitget, Huobi, and BingX, and the company maintains additional partnerships with Revolut and Anchorage Digital for fiat on-ramp and qualified-custodian services respectively.
The platform's institutional credibility is anchored on this Anchorage Digital integration. Anchorage, a federally chartered qualified custodian, holds Vexo's institutional client deposits in segregated wallets, meeting the qualified-custodian standard that regulators globally are converging toward. This custody architecture has become a key differentiator as Vexo expands its outreach to family offices and high-net-worth investors looking for cryptocurrency exposure with institutional-grade controls.
Vexo's growth has been funded across two raises. The company first closed a $3 million pre-seed in late 2024 at a $30 million valuation, selling ten percent to angel investors with track records that include early bets on Solana, Revolut, Plato, Wildberries, and Playtomic. It then raised $7.5 million in its first funding round at a $100 million valuation, selling roughly seven percent. That capital underwrote the platform's regulatory build-out, including its UK licensing pathway, and supported the expansion of its AI trading research desk. Vexo's revenue model combines performance and management fees on managed crypto investment products with B2B licensing of the AI engine to exchanges and liquidity venues.
"We've built something that institutional investors recognize as a serious FinTech wealth platform (segregated custody, FCA oversight, transparent reporting) while keeping the yields and accessibility that retail crypto investors expect," said William Branson, CMO of Vexo and former GTM Latin America Lead at Burger King. "That combination didn't exist in the market when we started. It barely exists now."
The platform's growth trajectory aligns with a broader shift in how capital is moving into digital assets. Demand for managed crypto investing, particularly products that deliver passive income through staking and structured yield, has accelerated sharply since 2024, driven by regulatory clarity under MiCA in Europe and the FCA regime in the UK, and by a generational shift in how high-net-worth and institutional capital approaches the blockchain economy. Industry observers have begun referring to this emerging category as FinTech wealth management for digital assets, and Vexo is positioning itself to define it.
Looking ahead, Vexo plans to expand its regional licensing footprint through 2026, with parallel work underway in Switzerland, the UAE, and Singapore. The team is also confirmed at Token2049 Singapore, where Lisowski will keynote the institutional yield panel. The company expects to publish its Q2 2026 transparency report, including pool-level realized-versus-quoted APR disclosures and a full counterparty exposure schedule, in July.
